<p>We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.</p>
<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual full-cycle recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Port Reading, NJ. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we hire qualified and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and objectives.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.</li>
<li>Manage interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.</li>
<li>Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and candidate statuses.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role.</li>
<li>Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $60,000 to $80,000 per year</p>
