<p>As a <strong>Bilingual</strong><strong> Sales Representative</strong>, you will be responsible for growing business primarily through generating leads and selling MIG’s services to new accounts.</p>
<p><strong>*Must be willing to take and pass a licensing exam prior to start date*</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Explain and sell MIG’s core services and the benefits of choosing MIG</li>
<li>Make daily calls to trucking companies and carriers to provide coverage</li>
<li>Field inbound leads generated from various marketing efforts and industry partners</li>
<li>Maximize partner relationships by converting leads to closes</li>
<li>Prioritize organization and correct CRM usage</li>
<li>Follow Several Outbound Cadences depending on type of company</li>
<li>Shop rates from various insurance companies, assemble information, screen accounts for the marketplace, and work with underwriters and finance companies to assemble a competitive insurance package for existing clients</li>
<li>Use independent judgement and discretion to determine the best policies for potential and existing clients</li>
<li>Prepare and execute a successful sales plan that meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual revenue expectations</li>
<li>Collaborate with other branch locations to make sure appropriate leads are forwarded</li>
<li>Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing customer service as needed</li>
<li>Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities</li>
<li>Insurance/transportation industry knowledge preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge</li>
