Our office, Southwest Florida Oral & Facial Surgery, P.A. - Fort Myers is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.  As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance coverage while delivering exceptional patient experiences.  Your Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Verify patients' dental insurance coverage and benefits. </li> <li>Communicate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for treatments. </li> <li>Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and estimated costs. </li> <li>Submit accurate and timely insurance claims electronically and via mail. </li> <li>Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, appeals, and denials. </li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and industry changes. </li> <li>Collaborate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient information and treatment codes. </li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing insurance-related inquiries and concerns. </li> <li>Educate patients on available payment options for uncovered services. </li> </ul> As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.     Your Background  Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for dental care and exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth insurance operations for our patients. As a vital part of our practice, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims, facilitating billing processes, and providing top-notch support to our patients regarding their insurance-related inquiries.
