Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts.
- Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting.
- Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports.
- Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 months work experience in Billing and Invoicing
- Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Proficiency in using MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)
- High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable to working night shift
