We are a friendly and ambitious creative studio with the highest standards for our content output.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Reporting into the Production Finance Supervisor, the Billing/AP Coordinator is responsible for following strict process, guidelines and expectations set by our clients. Coordinator will apply accounting principles and agency guidelines to adhere to proper procedure. This role will also coordinate with different members of the Finance and Production departments to ensure timely month end and quarter close. This is a small team and responsibilities will change depending on the need. Applicant must be flexible and willing to help wherever necessary.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process client billing, ensuring it meets client requirements.</li> <li>Process/ensure AP is handled in a timely fashion.</li> <li>Assist in closing production job, preparing for billing.</li> <li>Resolve discrepancies as needed, with Clients, Vendors, Shared Service Center (SSC) or Production</li> <li>Maintain working relationships with SSC and in-house production.</li> <li>Oversee third party vendor application approvals.</li> <li>Provide assistance to the team in various roles, as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clear and unwavering desire to grow and learn.</li> <li>Defined interest in accounting/finance</li> <li>Familiarity with basic Excel functions (formulas, formatting) and will take personal initiative to learn advanced technique.</li> <li>Technical aptitude, eager to learn complex accounting software.</li> <li>Prior accounting, production experience a bonus but not required.</li> <li>Great written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> </ul> <p><span class="ui-provider eo btn bqi cbf cbg cbh cbi cbj cbk cbl cbm cbn cbo cbp cbq cbr cbs cbt cbu cbv cbw cbx cby cbz cca ccb ccc ccd cce ccf ccg cch cci ccj cck">Standard range for this role is roughly $45,000-$55,000.
