<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Position Overview</span></strong></h2>
<p>As a Billing Coordinator with Rectangle Health, you will support the Billing Manager in managing high-volume billing operations across a large customer base. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for handling billing case queues, processing customer invoices, identifying discrepancies in billing data, and delivering timely and accurate resolutions.</p>
<p>This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and customers to ensure accurate and efficient billing outcomes. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of Rectangle Health’s billing processes and systems, perform detailed data analysis, and reconcile customer information across Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and NetSuite.</p>

<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Primary Job Duties:</span></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage billing case queues, <strong>reconciling billing changes to the general ledger</strong> and creating cases as necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure customers are <strong>billed accurately </strong>for services offered<strong>.</strong></li>
<li>Issue invoices and distribute them electronically and on time.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate cross-functionally</strong> with other departments to resolve billing issues, serving as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>accurate and up-to-date records</strong> (customer information, payments received, etc.).</li>
<li>Perform support tasks to maintain <strong>smooth billing operations in a fast-paced environment.</strong></li>
<li>Assist the Billing Manager and Billing Associates with organizational projects and additional tasks as needed.</li>
<li><strong>Embrace and track department KPIs</strong>, using them to measure performance and drive accountability</li>

<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>2–3+ years of experienc</strong>e in billing, accounts receivable, or a related high-volume transactional environment.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft <strong>Excel</strong>, with demonstrated experience analyzing and <strong>manipulating large datasets.</strong></li>
<li>Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving billing or data discrepancies within complex datasets.</li>
<li>Experience managing <strong>high-volume workflows</strong>, case queues, or transactional processing environments.</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>independently diagnose</strong> issues, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues, risks, and blockers in a timely manner</li>
<li><strong>Ability to commute to and work onsite</strong> at our Valhalla/White Plains, NY office 4–5 days per week</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Preferred Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2>

<li>Bachelors Degree</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>NetSuite</strong> (strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems</li>
<li>Background in fintech, healthcare, or high-volume billing environments</li>
<li>Experience working in cross-functional environments with competing priorities</li>
</ul>

<li><span data-ccp-props="{}">$60,000 – $75,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience)</span></li>
