<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and drive revenue cycle excellence. <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">RESPONSIBILITIES</span>;</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee all billing operations including claim submission, denial management, and reconciliation</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure BCBA credentialing is confirmed on all authorizations before billing is processed</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the billing team and set individual and team performance targets</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Report monthly on billing metrics to senior leadership</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement billing policies and quality improvement initiatives</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle management</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track record of improving clean claim rates and reducing denial percentages</span></li>
