About the role
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>1. Invoice & Payment Settlement</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform three-way matching by reconciling vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure payment accuracy.</li>
<li>Execute payment runs using ACH, wire transfers, and checks in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Apply payments and credit notes accurately to open invoices within the accounting system.</li>
<li>Manage intercompany settlements, including processing internal EDI accounts payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate internal billing and payments.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Reconciliation & Auditing</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct vendor statement reconciliations to identify missing invoices, duplicate billings, or overpayments.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve exceptions and out-of-balance items, including pricing discrepancies, quantity variances, and unmatched transactions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br>ERP Systems: Hands-on experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics for invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.<br>Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), with the ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets accurately.</p>
