font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">We’re looking for a&nbsp;<strong>BIM Coordinator </strong>to support multidisciplinary <strong>BIM coordination</strong>, <strong>Revit modeling</strong>, <strong>QA/QC</strong>, and <strong>model management</strong> efforts across mission critical projects.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">This role is ideal for someone early in their BIM career who has a <strong>strong foundation in Revit </strong>and wants to continue developing within a <strong>design-focused BIM environment.</strong></p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">You’ll work closely with engineering teams to support coordinated, organized, and healthy model environments across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Revit certification or formal Autodesk training preferred</span></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;Base Compensation: <strong>$55,000 - $90,000</strong> (<em>Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location</em>)</p> <p>SMC offers a competitive benefits package, with a 36-hour standard work week, hybrid working arrangement, 13 paid holidays, 100% coverage of medical, health, and dental insurance premiums for our full-time employees, and reimbursement of professional licensing costs.
