<div class="content-intro"><p><img src="https://caddell.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Build-your-career.png" alt="" width="822" style="max-width: 100%;"></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Title –&nbsp;</strong>BIM Manager - International</p> <p><strong>Location –&nbsp;</strong>Various International locations</p> <p><strong>Resumes are reviewed as submitted and staffed based on project need.</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Rewards of Working at Caddell - Paid vacations, company-funded&nbsp;medical insurance.&nbsp; Company joint funding of dental and vision insurance, life and disability plans to full-time employees, 401k match, gym membership reimbursement, and use of company condominiums.</span></strong></p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops BIM Models in accordance with Client’s requirements and standards along with Caddell’s internal needs.</li> <li>Provides support to project teams utilizing all related software and revises models as needed.</li> <li>Provides support to project teams utilizing Clash Coordination and facilitates the Navisworks model for the coordination of major subcontractor’s layout models.</li> <li>Ensures completeness and correctness of project BIM model while reviewing for compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.</li> <li>Provides support to project team requiring site utilization planning.</li> <li>Provides support for project specific BIM implementation plans.</li> <li>Pursues ongoing online training for BIM tools.</li> <li>Assists in general BIM education of Caddell staff.</li> <li>Responsible for the maintenance of BIM related hardware and software.</li> <li>Remains current with state-of-the-art BIM technologies.</li> <li>Working Conditions– Construction setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.</li> <li><strong>Reporting Structure –&nbsp;</strong>Project Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Expect</strong></p> <p><strong>Accountability is part of The Caddell Way and our employees share in a strong work ethic and positive team environment.&nbsp; There is a true sense of purpose and teamwork.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Education / Experience –</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Structural or MEP Engineering, or&nbsp;Construction Management</li> <li>Five years’ related experience required.</li> <li>Proficiency in model review, clash detection process, clash report production and 3D coordination software (Autodesk Navisworks or similar)</li> <li>Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, or similar)</li> </ul> <p>Familiarity with CPM scheduling software BIM-relate coursework required. Must aggressively pursue Company-sponsored training and continuing education.&nbsp; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills. Strong computer skills.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –&nbsp;</strong>Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent technical and time management skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Ability to coordinate and conduct ongoing BIM coordination meetings with staff, subcontractors, and owner’s reps is a must. Ability to develop a working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures.&nbsp;Ability to communicate and work with multinational and multi-disciplined employees.&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills.&nbsp;Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;use Microsoft&nbsp;Office suite,&nbsp;including Word,&nbsp;Excel&nbsp;and&nbsp;Outlook.</p> <p><strong>Certifications, Licenses, etc.: -</strong>&nbsp;<em><u>(Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment)</u></em>&nbsp;Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
