Your work ensures that every Lucid vehicle body is flawless before it moves to paint and final assembly.   Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Execute paintless dent repair (PDR) on aluminum and steel BIW panels using precision tools. </li> <li>Perform heavy structural repairs including panel replacement, straightening, and welding to restore OEM specifications. </li> <li>Diagnose damage and determine appropriate repair methods using Lucid’s repair standards and documentation. </li> <li>Operate equipment such as frame alignment systems, MIG/TIG welders, rivet guns, and hydraulic tools. </li> <li>Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure repair accuracy and traceability. </li> <li>Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspection results. </li> <li>Uphold Lucid’s commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement. </li> </ul>  Qualifications  <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in automotive BIW repair, collision repair, or OEM manufacturing. </li> <li>Proficiency in PDR techniques and heavy structural repair of aluminum and high-strength steel. </li> <li>Familiarity with EV platforms and advanced body materials. </li> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, repair manuals, and digital work instructions. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. </li> <li>Certification in automotive repair, welding, or collision repair preferred. </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. </li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
