We reduce food waste by making surplus food from grocery stores and retailers available to citizens.<br>We have big plans and are constantly looking for new committed and talented <strong>Waste Warriors</strong> to join us in this fight.<br>The Role: Biz Ops Intern<br>Do you want to dive into the heart of a Sales team and contribute to the fight against food waste? Too Good To Go is looking for a <strong>Biz Ops Intern</strong> to join our team and optimize lead management and the sales pipeline.<br>Your Responsibilities:</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Organize and prioritize leads</strong> in our CRM (Salesforce) to boost the Sales team's efficiency.</li>
<li><strong>Structure sales pipelines</strong> and ensure optimal follow-up.</li>
<li><strong>Dispatch leads</strong> to sales representatives after qualification and sorting.</li>
<li><strong>Source and scrap</strong> new business opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Clean the pipeline</strong> to guarantee easily actionable data.</li>
<li><strong>Produce reports and analyses</strong> to track performance and identify areas for optimization.</li>
<li><strong>Update our "cockpit"</strong> daily (Excel file).</li>
</ul>
<div>Your Profile:<br>Student in Business, Data, or an equivalent field (Bac+3/4 recommended).<br>Organized, autonomous, and rigorous, with a taste for <strong>data and process optimization</strong>.</div>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel/Google Sheets</strong> and knowledge of a CRM (<strong>Salesforce</strong> is a plus).</li>
<li>Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by social and environmental impact.</li>
<li><strong>Perfect French</strong> and <strong>fluent English</strong>.</li>
