Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.</p> <p>We are seeking a high-caliber Blockchain Developer specializing in blockchain internals to redefine the performance boundaries of our decentralized network. This role is designed for a technical visionary who thrives on solving complex challenges within execution layers, virtual machine architecture, and cross-chain connectivity.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Architect and refine high-throughput Virtual Machines (VMs), focusing on low-level tuning for parallel execution and EVM-compatible environments.</li> <li>Spearhead the development of sophisticated system-level contracts, ensuring maximum efficiency and ironclad security through expert-led audits and Gas optimization.</li> <li>Deep-dive into the source code of industry-leading protocols (such as Aptos, Solana, and Ethereum) to benchmark and implement superior consensus and execution strategies.</li> <li>Act as a primary stakeholder in architectural decisions, upholding engineering excellence through detailed code reviews and the professional development of the engineering team.</li> <li>Design and deploy robust frameworks for interoperability, ensuring the network remains agile within the broader multi-chain ecosystem.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Technical Profile</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Exceptional command of <strong>C++</strong> and systems-level programming, with a focus on high-efficiency data structures and algorithmic complexity.</li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of VM mechanics, including stack management, state transitions, and instruction set architecture (WASM or MoveVM experience is highly valued).</li> <li>Proven ability to engineer high-stakes <strong>Solidity</strong> applications with a focus on security-first patterns and resource-efficient code.</li> <li>A track record of analyzing and contributing to major public chain infrastructures at a foundational level.</li> <li>A degree in Computer Science or a relevant quantitative field (Advanced degrees preferred).</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Highly Valued Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience building with <strong>Rust</strong> or <strong>Go</strong> for high-performance backend modules.</li> <li>Background in <strong>database engineering</strong> (e.g., RocksDB/LevelDB optimization) or multi-threaded parallel processing.</li> </ul>
