<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</strong></p>

<li>Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses</li>
<li>Design and Oversee function-based behavior intervention plans</li>
<li>Supervise and support behavior-analytic services</li>
<li>Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices</li>

<li>Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated</li>
<li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and company<br>standards</li>
