<p class="css-bctmig e1wnkr790"><strong class="css-1655dm5 e1wnkr790">Pay:</strong> $85.00 - $100.00 per hour</p> <p class="css-1655dm5 e1wnkr790"><strong>Job description:</strong></p> <div class="css-1dhd1xm eu4oa1w0"> <div class="jd-appended-job-description"> <div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p>We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals</li> <li>Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans</li> <li>Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients</li> <li>Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments</li> <li>Providing Parent Trainings</li> <li>Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis</li> <li>BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li> <li>Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong data collection and analysis skills</li> <li>The ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement</li> </ul> <p><strong>What sets YOU apart?</strong></p> <p>Your dedication to helping, educating and supporting the Autistic community, your innate leadership capability, and your boundless creativity.
