Join us in our mission to bring the best pediatric therapy to Salt Lake City. The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical oversight and case management for pediatric clients receiving primarily in-home ABA services. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, clinical autonomy, and relationship-based care, and who are interested in growing with an organization as services expand to include clinic-based care.  At launch, services will focus on in-home therapy with a hybrid supervision model (in-person and telehealth overlap). As the program grows, this role may evolve to include clinic-based supervision and additional leadership opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments (primarily in clients’ homes) </li> <li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans </li> <li>Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs using a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth overlap) </li> <li>Ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and compliance with funding and regulatory requirements </li> <li>Collaborate with families to provide parent training and ongoing communication </li> <li>Review data regularly to guide clinical decision-making </li> <li>Support client onboarding and early caseload development </li> </ul> Work Model:  <ul> <li>Primarily in person, in-home services with telehealth flexibility </li> <li>Ability to complete indirect work (documentation, program development) remotely </li> <li>Flexible scheduling aligned with client needs and clinician availability </li> </ul> What We Offer   <ul> <li>$90,000–$105,000 base salary </li> <li>Sign-on/Relocation bonus up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both </li> <li>Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually) </li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage </li> <li>401(k) with company matching </li> <li>PTO that grows with tenure, plus paid holidays </li> <li>Annual CEU reimbursement </li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field </li> <li>Active BCBA certification in good standing </li> <li>Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah </li> <li>Experience providing oversight to RBTs </li> <li>Comfort working in home-based service environments </li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills </li> </ul> Preferred Attributes:  <ul> <li>Experience with telehealth supervision </li> <li>Interest in contributing to program development in a growth-oriented environment </li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with a developing care team </li> </ul> Future Growth Opportunities:  <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Transition to clinic-based or hybrid caseloads as services expand</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Mentorship or leadership opportunities as the Utah program grows</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Involvement in clinical program development and staff training initiatives </li> </ul> Physical Requirements  This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily.
