We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing Long Island team. font-size: 12pt;">Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
