BOH Associate

<p>Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a BOH Associate<strong> </strong>to join our team in LA, reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor at our LA Flagship. This position will be responsible for supporting inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Inventory Management:</em> Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all retail replenishments and sendbacks are actioned on and completed in a timely manner</li> <ul> <li>Ensure all retail replenishment are backstocked and organized properly in their designated homes&nbsp;</li> <li>Work to constantly improve the BOH layout and flow of goods to the sales floor for maximum efficiency</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><em>Operations</em>: Support all retail team requests, prepare the store for any upcoming releases, perform inventory cycle counts, repairs, and maintain communication with the Operations Supervisor on anything inventory / logistics related</li> <ul> <li>Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Aimé Leon Dore policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure all operational tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.</li> <li>Run calls and checks to the floor in a timely manner</li> <li>Ensure all visual and BOH standards are being followed and maintained.</li> <li>Perform opening and closing tasks to prepare the space for the sales day ahead</li> <li>Assist the VM team with any weekly or seasonal changes to ensure floor is sales ready</li> </ul> <li><em>Logistics: </em>Receive all incoming shipments and place them in appropriate receiving areas during operating hours.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in retail operations and stock handling</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel&nbsp;</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs</li> <li>Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis</li> <li>Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: $20.25 - $22.25 per hour&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Aimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
