About the role
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This position will help support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance.</span></p>
<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with daily inventory replenishments</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards inline with brand expectations</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with reviews of stock flow and storage processes</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support management with cycle counts and stock takes</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in retail operations and stock handling</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible working hours</span></li>
