Overview

This role is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accurate invoice verification, supplier statement reviews, and timely purchase order processing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

  • Review and verify invoices and monthly statements from suppliers

  • Track orders from suppliers through to client delivery

  • Prepare working drawing take-offs

  • Prepare and process purchase orders

  • Manage email communications with various business stakeholders

  • Perform cost estimation and project quotation preparation

  • Coordinate project-related activities and requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related numerical field.

  • 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (fresh university graduates with internship experiences are welcome)

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrates excellent work ethic and professional

Nice-to-have skills

  • Mandarin-speaking skills

  • Administrative skills (social media & customer engagement)

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 49,000

  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:30 am-2:30 pm PH time

  • Company equipment provided (after probation period or earlier, depending on performance)

  • Travel & lunch allowance provided (after probation period)

  • Work set-up: On-site; co-working space initially then will transition to Metro Manila office
