BPO Subject Trainer

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes.
• Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account.
• Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
• Provides post-training support.
• Document processes through recorded sessions.
• Material development creating: Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
