What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve branch goals.
  • Coach and develop employees to drive growth, teamwork, and service excellence.
  • Oversee branch operations, lending, and member services with integrity, compliance, and sound judgment.
  • Build community connections through events, partnerships, and SEG relationships.
  • Manage staffing, performance, and resources to ensure efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain branch facilities, security, and vendor partnerships to create a safe, welcoming environment.
  • Promote Advancial’s values of integrity, care, and innovation in everything you do.

Your Leadership Impact

You’ll guide a team of five, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability while shaping the branch’s success and reputation in the community. As Branch Manager – Anchorage, you’ll empower your team, delight members, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Earn what you’re worth! Competitive salary range of $76K–$108K, based on experience

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience. (Preferred, not required)
  • Experience: 1–2 years in financial services, sales, or leadership is a plus — but we value drive, teamwork, and a passion for helping members just as much as experience.
