About the role
<p><strong>Branch Manager:</strong></p>
<p>The Branch Manager is responsible for the <strong>overall performance of the branch</strong>, including sales, collections, and team development.</p>
<p>This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed.</p>

<li>Leading a team and being accountable for results</li>
<li> Holding coworkers to clear expectations and addressing performance directly</li>
<li> Having direct conversations with customers about payments</li>
<li> Operating in a structured, metric-driven environment</li>
<li>Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Performance Expectations</strong></p>
<p>Successful Branch Managers:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hold coworkers accountable and follow up consistently</li>
<li>Coach and develop team members to improve performance</li>
<li>Address issues quickly and directly</li>
<li>Maintain structure and organization in daily operations</li>
<li>Take full ownership of results and drive improvement</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Competitive hourly compensation + bonus potential</li>

<li>Branch hours: Mon - Fri 10am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm</li>
<li>Every Sunday Off</li>
<li><strong>$20.71 - $21.67/hr.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monthly bonus potential</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Successful completion of pre-employment screening</li>
</ul>
