font-size: 10pt;">Manage office expenses and resource utilization to optimize cost-effectiveness.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum qualifications:</span></h3> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">10+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Extensive knowledge of engineering, land development, construction, land surveying or environmental consulting practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
