We will do our best to make this possible.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Senior Brand Activation Manager</strong> to join our team and shape and execute our brand activation and partnership strategy, translating business objectives into high-impact, cross-channel initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage 360 full funnel brand marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful storytelling and full funnel activation throughout all marketing channels</li> <li>Own end-to-end responsibility for co-branded partner initiatives, from concept development to execution and performance evaluation</li> <li>Drive and execute brand cooperations, identifying strategic opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations to reach new target audiences</li> <li>Oversee partnership management, balancing flaconi’s brand activation goals with partner needs and expectations</li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal creative teams on the conception and production of campaigns and activations</li> <li>Coordinate and steer external creative and production partners (e.g., agencies), ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to brand guidelines</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>You bring extensive experience in Brand Activation, Brand Management, Partnerships, or Cooperations, ideally within consumer, beauty, or e-commerce environments</li> <li>You have a proven track record in developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels</li> <li>You combine a strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business and brand goals into impactful partnerships</li> <li>You demonstrate excellent end-to-end project management skills, managing multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>You are experienced in managing co-branded initiatives and partnerships end-to-end, including working with internal creative teams and external agencies</li> <li>You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and negotiate effectively with external partners</li> <li>You are data-driven and performance-oriented, with experience defining KPIs, analyzing results, and optimizing future campaigns</li> <li>You are fluent in English and German</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Our employees matter to us</strong>: We offer you a permanent contract and cover the costs for your BVG or Deutschland ticket.</li> <li><strong>Work-life balance</strong>: 29 vacation days plus additional days off on the 24th and 31st December, flexible working hours, up to three days of working from home per week, remote work from abroad option; the possibility of a paid sabbatical.</li> <li><strong>flaconi Academy</strong>: Actively shape your own career path by taking advantage of our internal and external training opportunities.</li> <li><strong>We care about your well being</strong>: We want to support you also during difficult times.
