Brand Ambassador – Farmers Market Aventura Mall (Jacinta Restaurant)

Location: Aventura Mall Farmers Market
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | Approx. 12-hour shifts | Part-Time

Position Summary

Jacinta Restaurant is seeking a bilingual, energetic, and professional Brand Ambassador to represent our restaurant at the Aventura Mall Farmers Market. This role is ideal for someone outgoing and personable who enjoys engaging with guests, explaining culinary concepts, and creating memorable experiences.

You are not just staffing a table — you are the face of Jacinta.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up Jacinta’s exhibition table/booth at the beginning of each shift
• Present and explain our restaurant concept, menu, and brand story
• Warm and serve tortillas or tacos (as instructed)
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Handle payments accurately (cash)
• Maintain a clean and organized presentation area throughout the day
• Remain standing and active during the duration of the shift
• Break down and properly store all materials at the end of the day
• Reset and prepare materials for the following market day

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable speaking to the public and promoting a brand
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Responsible and punctual
• Weekend availability required

Ideal Candidate

Someone who enjoys hospitality, food culture, and customer interaction. Experience in restaurants, catering, promotional events, or farmers markets is a plus.
