This internship offers hands‑on experience in brand communications and marketing operations, supporting the team with creative and campaign coordination, day‑to‑day activities, and ensuring high-quality brand execution across multiple channels and partners. What you’ll do <ul> <li>Own the EU Brand Request process, managing ad hoc creative requests from across the business (e.g. ads, flyers, presentations, and small creative assets)</li> <li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help deliver creative assets on time</li> <li>Assist with project administration, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budgets</li> <li>Help maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and basic reporting</li> <li>Support events, photoshoots, and brand activations when needed</li> </ul> What we’re looking for <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO/WO program (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>Strong interest in marketing, brand communications, and social media</li> <li>Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>Clear communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment</li> <li>Fluency in English</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Previous internship experience (ideally in an international environment) is a plus</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li>Previous internship or hands-on experience in marketing, brand, communications, or campaign coordination</li> <li>Familiarity with working in a structured project environment (e.g., tracking timelines, managing briefs, coordinating approvals)</li> <li>Comfortable using Jira or similar tools to manage tasks, boards, and workflows</li> <li>Exposure to working with external partners/vendors (e.g., freelancers, agencies, graphic designers) and tracking deliverables</li> <li>Strong interest in, and regular use of, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with curiosity about what performs well</li> <li>Basic editing skills or interest in creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva)</li> <li>Additional languages (English required; any other European language is a plus)</li> </ul> What you’ll gain <ul> <li>Hands‑on experience managing creative projects from brief to delivery</li> <li>Exposure to brand communications and paid media operations</li> <li>Practical skills in marketing administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting</li> <li>Experience working with internal teams and external partners</li> <li>Insight into how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and measured</li> <li>The opportunity to contribute to real projects and impactful brand initiatives</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
