If you're passionate about building strong relationships with our Brand Advisors and clients to create proposals for innovative product solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the account team to support growth objectives and present tailored product solutions based on customer needs assessments.</li> <li>Maintain excellent attendance and availability via email, chat, and mobile, providing seamless support when the account manager is unavailable.</li> <li>Embrace feedback and contribute innovative ideas, demonstrating adaptability to changing circumstances.</li> <li>Ensure consistent follow-up with clients and sales team to maintain strong communication channels.</li> <li>Source, quote, and sell various product categories including apparel, promotional items, print materials, point of sale materials, and incentive programs.</li> <li>Manage data and order entry efficiently to streamline processes.</li> <li>Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries effectively, providing outstanding service and assistance.</li> <li>Assist with additional administrative duties as required to support team operations.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to manage quotes, orders, and prospecting activities throughout the day.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with teammates, strategizing for long-term success, and executing account plans effectively.</li> <li>Proactively reach out to established account contacts and qualify new leads through outbound calls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile: </strong></p> <ul> <li>0 - 3 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service</li> <li>Efficiency in Microsoft Office or related suite</li> <li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills</li> <li>Strong work ethic: creative and takes initiative and gets the job done</li> <li>Promotional Industry experience a plus</li> <li>Project Management experience a plus</li> </ul> <p>If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in brand coordination, apply now and become an integral part of our team driving success in today's dynamic marketplace.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Pay Range: </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$24 USD</span></div></div></div>
