Kineto brings together the best of AI and creator tools into a single intelligent assistant that actually gets things done.<br><br>We're looking for a <strong>Senior Brand Designer</strong> to shape how Kineto looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our web presence and social channels to the product itself. This is a role for someone who wants to own a significant part of a brand's creative direction, not just execute on briefs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity — visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels.</li> <li>Design and build web pages that communicate the product's value with clarity and style.</li> <li>Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows — from templates to dynamic content generation.</li> <li>Produce motion and video content — animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications.</li> <li>Contribute to product design when needed — wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes.</li> <li>Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and the wider team.</li> </ul> <div><strong>We'd love to have you on the team if you:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Have a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual identity systems, and web design.</li> <li>Are proficient in <strong>Figma</strong> and the <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong>.</li> <li>Can apply and extend a brand's visual language consistently across web, social, and product surfaces.</li> <li>Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions.</li> <li>Have experience creating assets for social media at scale (templates, automation-friendly formats).</li> <li>Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting as the product evolves.</li> <li>Can guide tasks end to end — from concept through execution and feedback.</li> <li>Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth.</li> </ul> <div><strong>We'd be especially thrilled if you:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Have hands-on experience with <strong>animation and motion design</strong> (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, etc.).</li> <li>Are skilled in <strong>video editing</strong> for social and brand content.</li> <li>Have experience with <strong>AI-assisted design workflows</strong> — generative tools, automated content pipelines, or AI prototyping.</li> <li>Bring a genuine passion for branding and want to take ownership of Kineto's creative direction.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-DNI</span></p> <section class=""></section> <div id="ember214" class="ember-view messaging-side-panel__overlay"></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>We are an equal opportunity employer</strong><br><br>We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere.
