Junior Brand Designer

Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join our team in Stockholm!

In this role, you will work closely with our brand strategists, digital designers, and other highly skilled creatives in our field to develop and deploy outstanding brand identities and visual experiences. As a Junior Brand Designer, you are curious, ambitious, and eager to grow your craft within branding and visual design.

You will support senior colleagues on medium- to large-scale brand projects and gradually take ownership of defined tasks and deliverables. You are structured, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to projects for some of the world’s leading brands.

You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and a clear interest in brand identity systems.

Main responsibilities

• Support senior designers in brand design projects from concept to final delivery

• Contribute to idea generation and visual exploration

• Develop and refine visual identities, typography, color palettes, and layout systems

• Assist in creating brand guidelines and preparing presentation material

• Help develop and apply brand identity systems across physical and digital touchpoints

• Ensure visual consistency across platforms and applications

• Maintain high craft standards in typography, layout, composition, and detailing

• Stay updated on design tools, trends, and cultural movements

• Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines

Qualifications

• Relevant education within graphic design, visual communication or similar

• 2+ years of experience in brand or graphic design (internships included)

• Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; motion skills are a plus)

• Strong interest in brand identity systems and how they scale across touchpoints

• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
