Trainee Brand Executive

AMSM is growing, and we’re looking for Trainee Brand Executives to join our highly driven Sales and Marketing Department on a full-time basis. If you're eager to build a career in Business Management within the FMCG sector and have a strong interest in data analysis, market insights, brand management and performance tracking, this is the opportunity for you.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Brand Executive, you will:

• Learn how to compile, monitor, and analyse market data, sales trends, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
• Assist the Brand Executive and Brand Manager in preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and evaluating campaign performance.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Gain exposure to budget tracking, forecasting, and post-activity evaluations.
• Assist in the production and distribution of marketing material and creative briefs, while learning how to assess their effectiveness.
• Contribute to brand performance reviews and suggest data-backed improvements to strengthen market positioning.

 

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Numerically inclined, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and performance metrics.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
• In possession of a valid driving license.
