<p><strong>About Role </strong><em><br></em><em><br></em>Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We’re seeking a <strong>Brand Marketing Senior Director</strong> to lead the development and execution of brand strategy to drive relevance, brand heat, and long-term equity.</p>
<p>This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign concepting, and cross-channel orchestration. You’ll partner closely with channel leaders across social, communications, and influencer marketing to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.</p>
<p>Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing and working closely with our Founder & CEO, you’ll serve as a key brand steward, setting direction, driving alignment, and building a high-performing brand engine that delivers measurable business impact</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<h4><strong>Brand Positioning & Storytelling</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve Ring Concierge’s brand voice, ensuring it is consistent, recognizable, and meaningfully integrated across all channels and customer touchpoints</li>
<li>Serve as the internal champion of brand identity, ensuring all marketing, product, and customer-facing efforts ladder up to a cohesive brand experience</li>
<li>Leverage cultural, competitive, and consumer insights to inform strategy and unlock growth opportunities</li>
<li>Partner closely with Creative to develop best-in-class campaigns and content that elevate the brand</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a team of channel experts across social, communications, and influencer marketing, empowering existing leaders and driving clarity across roles and priorities</li>
<li>Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Growth Marketing</li>
<li>Drive alignment, accountability, and executional excellence across all brand initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Integrated Campaign Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of 360° brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies (e.g., product launches), from brief through execution across paid, owned, and earned channels</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives across the funnel</li>
<li>Identify and drive culturally relevant moments, partnerships, and activations that build awareness and affinity</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency of messaging across all consumer touchpoints, from marketing through site and retail</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Social Media Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Shape platform strategy across social platforms, including editorial direction and innovation roadmap, in close collaboration with the team to drive brand and business impact</li>
<li>Ensure all social channels reflect a cohesive, brand-aligned digital flagship experience</li>
<li>Support the team in identifying and capitalizing on cultural trends, new formats, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Define success metrics in partnership with Growth team to balance brand building and business outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Communications, Influencer & Strategic Partnerships</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set the strategic vision for influencer, PR, and brand partnerships in close collaboration with the existing team</li>
<li>Empower and support the team in executing high-impact creator relationships, partnerships, and media opportunities</li>
<li>Identify whitespace opportunities and scale what’s working to drive measurable impact across awareness, acquisition, and revenue</li>
<li>Partner on defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to ensure all partnership investments are aligned to full-funnel business objectives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Research & Measurement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define and implement KPIs to measure the success of brand campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, optimizing both in-flight and post-launch</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the target customer, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform brand strategy</li>
</ul>

<li>Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and brand storytelling</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead through strong existing teams, empowering functional experts while driving alignment and impact</li>
<li>Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong relationship-builder across internal teams, creators, and external partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li>
<li>10–15+ years of brand marketing experience; luxury retail preferred</li>
<li>DTC experience required</li>
<li>Proven ability to align brand strategy with business goals</li>
<li>Experience measuring and analyzing social, communications, and influencer performance</li>
<li>Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams</li>
<li>Experience establishing and managing partnerships with influencers, brands, and media</li>
<li>Experience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agencies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Details</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full-time role located in midtown NYC</li>
<li>Hybrid work model, with the expectation of four days per week in office and nights and weekends as needed</li>
<li>Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours </li>

<li>Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated base compensation for this role is $180,000+</li>
