<p>We’re looking for a Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to join DICE and transform our channels into the most exciting feeds in live entertainment.</p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>As Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for evolving and growing our brand globally. You’ll develop the overarching marketing and social strategy, and lead the day-to-day execution across all platforms to drive engagement, audience growth and brand affinity. </p>
<p>This is a hands-on, creative role with strategic impact, shaping how DICE communicates with music fans worldwide.</p>
<p><strong>You will</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the overarching social & brand marketing strategy.</li>
<li>
<p>Build a clear, differentiated cultural positioning for the brand. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead day-to-day execution across all social media platforms.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Curate a consistent and evolving stream of engaging content to accelerate audience growth across all platforms. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop original, innovative content ideas that cut through online. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and own a compelling brand tone of voice, maintained consistently across social, CRM, app, website & wider channels.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create end-to-end social content across image and video, from concept through production to post-production.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Own the implementation of a consistent brand aesthetic across all communication.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Research and present emerging creative trends and potential collaborators.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyse performance metrics and use insights to refine creative and campaign effectiveness.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You love music.</li>
<li>
<p>You are deeply connected to culture, plugged into emerging trends and cultural movements. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are social media-obsessed and have proven experience leading a brand's social output, ideally within music, culture, or entertainment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are a strategic thinker who understands how to build scalable systems and frameworks. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are an exceptional writer, with a deep understanding of how to develop a distinct tone of voice. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You have a proven track record of developing original content ideas.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are confident in video editing and graphic treatments, with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You understand social media analytics and can measure, interpret and improve performance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You are highly organised and able to manage a large volume of work.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You have high standards and enjoy working alongside ambitious, high-performing people.</p>
</li>
<li>You are a strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and creative concepts.</li>
</ul>
