We're committed to sustainability, diversity, and the welfare of our communities.</p> <h2>About You</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomist</li> <li>Can monitor, identify, diagnose, and recommend suitable weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management strategies</li> <li>Has strong organisational and time-management skills</li> <li>Can form trusting client relationships</li> <li>Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident</li> </ul> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>As a Broadacre Agronomist, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Providing expert agronomic advice to our broadacre farming clients</li> <li>Ensuring timely and excellent delivery of our service cycle</li> <li>Collaborating with our seasoned team of advisors</li> <li>Engaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry events</li> <li>Developing comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plans</li> <li>Promoting operational efficiencies and implementing best practices for soil health and weed control management</li> <li>Assisting clients with crop rotation planning and variety selection</li> <li>Collecting and analysing paddock data to inform our agronomic advice and recommendations</li> </ul> <h2>Our Mission</h2> <p>Our goal is to develop thriving regional communities, supported by sustainable, confident, and prosperous farming businesses.
