Job Purpose

Your role as a Broker Support Specialist is an integral part of our Broker Support Team. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the Business Development Manager (BDM) application pipeline, ensuring smooth flow of home loan applications from initiation to completion. You will actively support BDMs in various administrative activities, including broker accreditation.

Major Responsibilities

Broker Accreditation Application Pipeline Management Mailbox Management All Broker Support-related duties assigned by management Any Lending Operations support related duties assigned by the management

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

·         Working knowledge in a broker support role or similar capacity

·         In-depth understanding of lending practices, policies, and regulations.

·         Background in the financial industry, preferably with experience in lending or related roles.

·         Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering excellent customer   service.

·         Experience working collaboratively with teammates or cross-functional counterparts and external partners.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise information exchange withing the team and across business units and in various situations.

·         Demonstrate honesty and openness in actions and communication, with a commitment to achieving results while upholding organization’s culture. 

·         Capable of working under pressure and exhibit a good work ethic and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Flexibility in terms of working hours and approaches

·         Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
