<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Ensure security officers are engaged, upbeat, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a safe and secure environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Ensure that all security officers are aware of their post and assignment responsibilities. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Ensure all security officers are in proper uniform and are not utilizing personal mobile devices for non-security related matters. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Assess, train, evaluate, and coach front line colleagues utilizing previous experience and company-provided programs. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Responsible for various administrative items such as scheduling, invoices, incident reports, daily reports, and documentation logs. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Responsible for ensuring that security office space and equipment are prepared to support security operations; work with adjacent teams to address maintenance, custodial, and facility issues. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Address customer concerns, feedback, and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">May be tasked with manging or supporting additional security programs that facilitate security operations. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Supervise Security Operations Center (SOC) staff and Building Security Officers as needed. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Communicate security matters with the SOC, including requests for video surveillance or incident assistance. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with MSG Departments such as Guest Services, Production, and Building Operations to ensure a safe and secure environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Support and strengthen access control operations by reviewing, monitoring, and improving physical access procedures. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Assist in evaluating incident trends, identifying procedural gaps, and recommending corrective actions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;" data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">What do you need to succeed? </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">3+years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or a military field, and preferably have knowledge of events, sports, and theatre operations within an entertainment venue. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Excellent communication skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders, and engage with all levels in the organization. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Experience completing reports and documenting staff performance is essential. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span data-contrast="none">Ability to engage and develop collaborative relationships and influence within a team and across functions, Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff to perform at high levels and holding team accountable for achieving business goals and objectives. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
