Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of building services, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to building services, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding building services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in building services management.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to building services activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services management or facility operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and contractor relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards in building operations.
