As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines for our Bulgarian-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Bulgarian to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams.
• Provide insights and feedback on content trends to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and online community management.

Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
