Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Bulgarian, ensuring adherence to community standards.
• Classify and assess content accurately based on company policies and guidelines.
• Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support and improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation procedures and maintain high quality standards.
• Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
