<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Bulk/Corporate Sales Account Executive to build and scale our corporate and bulk gifting channel—one of our fastest-growing revenue opportunities.</p> <p>This role will own the full sales cycle for bulk and corporate accounts, from prospecting and outreach to close and account management. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and experience selling premium or lifestyle products to corporate buyers. This role reports directly to the Head of Commercial and is a key contributor to Lola's commercial growth strategy.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Business Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prospect, qualify, and close new bulk and corporate accounts across gifting, employee appreciation, hospitality, and brand partnership use cases.</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract and fulfillment handoff.</li> <li>Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Account Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat purchasing and account expansion.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from inquiry to delivery.</li> <li>Track account performance and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or grow order volume over time.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records; provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to the Head of Commercial.</li> <li>Partner with the Product and Operations teams to ensure custom orders, timelines, and packaging requirements are executed to Lola's standards.</li> <li>Share market and customer insights to help inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate gifting—ideally within a premium consumer goods or lifestyle brand.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with senior buyers and procurement leads.</li> <li>Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and outreach.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growth environment.</li> <li>Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary and commission structure based on individual performance</li> <li>21 days paid vacation + all federal holidays</li> <li>Full health benefits (health, dental, vision, mental)</li> <li>16 weeks paid birth parent leave; 8 weeks non-birth parent leave</li> <li>55% off Lola Blankets for friends and family</li> <li>Opportunities for career growth within Lola Blankets</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to be an early architect of Lola Blankets' corporate sales channel at a pivotal moment of growth.
