We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Business Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of generating new business while nurturing and retaining a portfolio of existing clients. You’ll be meeting customers, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that create real value for their business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet: Identify and engage potential new clients, as well as existing customers with growth potential. Use channels such as social media, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and on‑site visits. Build initial connections and secure meetings to understand their business needs.

  • Quote: Dive into each client’s world by asking the right questions, uncovering challenges, and identifying opportunities. Use acquired sales skills to propose tailored solutions and prepare competitive quotes that align with the client’s goals.

  • Close: Drive the sales cycle to completion by presenting value, negotiating effectively, and securing agreements. Consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every client.

  • Possess very good interpersonal skills, especially presentation and communication skills

  • Be highly motivated to achieve sales targets

  • Be a good communicator with a strong command of the English and Maltese

  • Language (both written and verbal)

  • Be proficient in business correspondence

  • Be able to work flexible hours

  • Having prior experience in a business sales environment will be considered an asset
