Business Analyst

Position Description 

 
The Business Analyst provides critical support in aligning business needs with data-driven solutions that improve decision-making, efficiency, and overall performance. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Business Analyst works across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver insights that guide strategic and operational improvements. This role ensures the leadership team has the right information and tools to drive growth 

 

What You’ll Do:  

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across departments to support new initiatives and system improvements. 

• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved performance. 

• Develop clear workflows, functional specifications, and business cases to support decision-making. 

• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for the Chief of Staff and CEO to track KPIs and business performance. 

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align business requirements with technical solutions. 

• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and change management for new systems or processes. 

• Provide ad hoc research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making. 

• Ensure business solutions remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with Complete Farmer’s mission 

 

What You will Bring:  

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/strategic role. 

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. 

• Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau). 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in technology-driven or agribusiness environments. 

• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
