Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for development teams.

• Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver value.

• Create detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.

• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital transformation projects.

• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira and similar

• Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.

• Basic understanding of app development and database structures is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.
