Lead Business Analyst

Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders</li> <li>Capture pain points across finance, operations, customer service, reporting, and site-level processes</li> <li>Identify AI, automation, RPA, reporting, and analytics opportunities</li> <li>Structure use cases with clear business problem, expected value, data needs, dependencies, and feasibility considerations</li> <li>Prioritize use cases by business value, ROI potential, time-to-value, data readiness, feasibility, and complexity</li> <li>Support creation of business-case logic for high-priority use cases</li> <li>Define success criteria for potential PoV / pilot candidates</li> <li>Align stakeholders on what should move into Phase 2 and what should be deferred</li> <li>Prepare executive-ready summaries, workshop outputs, and decision materials</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Strong business analysis experience in data, analytics, automation, or transformation programs</li> <li>Experience running workshops and stakeholder interviews</li> <li>Ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and use cases</li> <li>Experience with prioritization frameworks, value assessment, and ROI logic</li> <li>Strong written communication and executive summary skills</li> <li>Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing, operations, finance, customer service, or reporting process experience</li> <li>Exposure to AI, RPA, data platform, or BI modernization initiatives</li> <li>Experience working in complex multi-site or multi-business-unit organizations</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
