This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to ensure clear communication, well-defined requirements, and alignment on project goals</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with wealth management stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Internal analysis for refining data delivery, integration and reporting in Asana, Snowflake, and Power BI.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assess current processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications to support effective project delivery.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and support successful implementation.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead user acceptance testing, validate system changes, and confirm that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor project progress, prepare status updates, and communicate key developments to stakeholders and leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support change-management activities, including training and documentation, to promote adoption of new processes and systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in wealth management and business analysis.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency with business analysis and project delivery tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Two or more years of business analysis experience, ideally in wealth management, financial services, or investment-related environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business scenarios.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Excel, SharePoint, Snowflake, and Power BI, along with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience with Asana and a strong working knowledge of the platform are important.</span></li>

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000–$90,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
