About the role
Your role
• Plan, manage and control annual financial and budget planning and forecasting, as well as target setting for sales channels
• Prepare and review financial/variances analyses and presentation deck to track performance against budget/forecasts on a monthly, quarterly basis
• Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau to conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making
• Monitor and keep track of channel performance and conduct regular review on sales effectiveness and productivity analysis with recommendations for sales improvement
• Participate in sales commission scheme implementation, effectiveness review and handle related queries
• Work closely with internal parties to review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement and controls
To succeed this role
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience Telecommunications industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in using PC software including SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Python or data visualization tools is an advantage
• General accounting knowledge is essential
• Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills, able to work under pressure
