Business Analyst Junior+ [Authentication]

<p data-start="128" data-end="202">We are looking for a <strong data-start="149" data-end="169">Business Analyst</strong> to join the <strong>Authentication team</strong>.&nbsp;The team is responsible for how users securely access and interact with the bank. We build and improve authentication, authorization, and confirmation mechanisms that protect customer accounts while keeping critical user journeys simple and convenient.</p> <p data-start="458" data-end="941">The team's domain covers a wide range of scenarios, including login and device management, user verification, confirmation of payments and sensitive actions, and other security-related customer interactions. As Plata expands its business banking offering, the team is also responsible for authentication and authorization experiences for <strong data-start="789" data-end="842">SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers</strong>, including multi-user access, role management, and secure approval flows for financial operations.</p> <p data-start="943" data-end="1363">In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and security, helping design and evolve authentication products and operational processes that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, Support, and Compliance teams while contributing to one of the most critical customer-facing domains in the bank.</p> solutions</li> <li>Designing and improving user journeys related to login, device management, user verification, and payment confirmations</li> <li>Creating and evolving authentication and authorization flows for SME customers, including multi-user access and approval scenarios</li> <li>Analyzing unauthorized access cases together with Fraud Prevention and Support teams and proposing improvements</li> <li>Gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows</li> <li>Translating business needs into clear and structured tasks for engineering teams</li> <li>Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Fraud Prevention, Support, and Compliance teams</li> <li>Supporting delivery throughout the full development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing and release</li> <li>Building and maintaining operational processes within the authentication domain and continuously improving their efficiency</li> <li>Defining and monitoring operational and product metrics, creating dashboards, and analyzing performance</li> <li>Using data to identify bottlenecks, evaluate feature effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements</li> <li>Supporting business and operational teams in investigating and resolving authentication-related issues</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p Business Analyst or System Analyst</li> <li data-section-id="10470q8" data-start="255" data-end="373">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or another technical field</li> <li data-section-id="10qowkj" data-start="374" data-end="440">Confident understanding of how modern web services and APIs work</li> <li data-section-id="1hcv3l7" data-start="441" data-end="515">Familiarity with data exchange formats such as JSON and Protobuf</li> <li data-section-id="1ldguzs" data-start="516" data-end="568">Basic SQL skills and willingness to work with data</li> <li data-section-id="ptdtgm" data-start="569" data-end="674">Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and effectively prioritize them</li> <li
