Business Analyst Junior+ [Origination Delivery]

<div> <div>We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for delivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers. This role focuses on the postal deliveries — one of the methods of delivery products to our clients. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development and communication with partners. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency.<br><br><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Develop business and operational processes for the <strong>Postal</strong> direction.</li> <li>Work deeply with the <strong>partners</strong>: <ul> <li>we use several partners for postal deliveries</li> </ul> </li> <li>Design <strong>interfaces and solutions within internal systems</strong>.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>team development</strong></li> <li>Work with the <strong>backoffice system</strong>:</li> <li>Design, document, and maintain <strong>operational regulations, workflows, and standards</strong>.</li> <li>Critically assess incoming requests, identify <strong>root causes of problems</strong>, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary.</li> <li>Own and manage the <strong>business backlog</strong>: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery.</li> <li>Write <strong>clear and structured requirements</strong> for development teams.</li> <li>Define tasks, track progress, and <strong>control delivery timelines</strong>.</li> <li>Work with <strong>product analysts</strong> to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes.</li> <li>Monitor and improve <strong>key metrics</strong> related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with <strong>Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders</strong>.</li> </ul> <div><strong>What
