Business Analyst Junior+ [Quality Control]

<p data-start="61" data-end="136">We are looking for a <strong data-start="82" data-end="102">Business Analyst</strong> to join <strong>the Quality Control team</strong>.</p> <p data-start="138" data-end="391">The team safeguards the quality of operations across every division at Plata. Supported by a large team of specialists and AI-driven quality monitoring, we identify operational issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities across the organization.</p> <p data-start="393" data-end="746">In this role, you will own the quality improvement loop end-to-end: analyzing findings, identifying root causes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring issues are resolved rather than simply reported.
