Business Analyst

You will work closely within a project team throughout the development life cycle to ensure the resultant solution meets business needs.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories</li> <li>Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements</li> <li>Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs</li> <li>Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping</li> <li>Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process</li> <li>Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios</li> <li>Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required</li> <li>Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience</li> <li>Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration &amp; Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently</li> <li>Have good communication and writing skills</li> <li>Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
